In 2018, in-between two cancers, and experiencing intense suffering, I had experienced what I would call my first awakening. It was profound, I saw the Universe as us, I experienced the oneness with everything, I left my body and was of no form, re-entered, and became intimately aware of the vastness of emptiness We all are, I was gifted a knowing that felt like eternity, and I could feel an immense wave of the movement of energy between our collective ego and consciousness, and a shift to a new consciousness awareness. I experienced a blissful state for 3 days, free from all suffering which I had battled with my entire life. From 2018 to present, I continue to have these experiences that show themselves in many different forms. From deep within myself, to nature all around us. Because this isn’t understood so well in the US, I find myself going back and forth between spirituality and cognitive therapy looking for reassurance, but I do Know, that We all are emanations of God, Consciousness, or whatever term our minds like to use, that We are never alone, and that We are so beautiful and vast beyond anything the mind is able to imagine. We are all lucky and all of us, are not only the Universe, but what is beyond it.
